Terms & Conditions

Definitions

"Cantab Wireless" in this document refers to Cantab Wireless Limited.
"The Client" means any person or company to whom Cantab Wireless shall supply, or contract to supply goods and services.
"The Material" means all publications and other material supplied by Cantab Wireless to the Client.

Effective Conditions

These terms and conditions shall apply to every contract for the sales of goods or services by Cantab Wireless in preference to any terms and conditions upon which the Client may trade whether or not Cantab Wireless shall have received notice thereof. The placing of an order shall be deemed to constitute an unqualified acceptance of these terms.

Order Acceptance

Except at the sole discretion of Cantab Wireless only orders made in writing and received by postal mail, facsimile or through a secure website ordering process shall be accepted and acted upon.

Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Pounds (£) sterling and exclusive of VAT. Cantab Wireless online store may give the price of products in other currencies too, but these are indicative prices only, and can be used for guidance only.
All quotations are subject to a firm order being placed within two months, unless otherwise stated.

If despatch by express service is required, Cantab Wireless reserves the right to invoice the additional costs incurred.

Delivery

Electronic Media products will be delivered in Portable Document Format (pdf). They will be sent via email to the email address provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the address provided is valid. Products that are delivered via postal services, such as Compact Discs (CD) or hardback copies of reports, will be sent using standard mail services. Courier services can be used if requested by the customer, but this will inflict a surcharge. Cantab Wireless cannot provide quaranteed delivery dates for products delivered via mail since these delivery services are operated by other companies.

Orders of products that are already published will be dispatched to customers within the next working day. This includes both electronic media and CDs.

Pre-ordered products will be dispatched to customers as soon as they are published.

Cancellations

We regret that due to nature of the service we are delivering, it is not possible to cancel your order after the order has been confirmed by us.

Returns

We regret that we cannot accept returns for purchases made through Cantab Wireless online store, and subsequently are will not provide refunds for these purchases. This applies to all reports purchased, regardless of their delivery method.

Licenses

Analysts reports by Cantab Wireless are sold under license. There are two types of licences available: Single and Multiuser licences. 

- 'Single' license grants access to the report for one person only.

- 'Multiuser' license grants access to the report for everyone within the company. However, this license does not cover other companies within a group of companies (for example subsidiaries in other countries). These companies need to purchase their own licences.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

The Material will be proprietary to Cantab Wireless and the copyright and all other intellectual property rights shall belong to Cantab Wireless. All materials on this site belong to Cantab Wireless Ltd unless otherwise indicated. The Material from this site may not be reproduced or transmitted without permission in writing from Cantab Wireless.

Confidentiality

Unless the Client specifically requests to remain anonymous, no attempt will be made to keep his participation confidential. However, subject to the written request of the Client, Cantab Wireless will hold confidential all information concerning the Client and his participation which is not already in the public domain. We may obtain data from and about you in the course of your accessing our site. In accordance with UK data protection legislation, we need your consent to using that information for our marketing and mailing purposes, which may include the transfer of such data overseas. By submitting your personal details, you will be taken to have provided that consent. If you do not agree, you have the option not to submit your personal details.

Liability

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy and the completeness of the information provided, no liability can be accepted by Cantab Wireless for any loss caused by business decisions made based on the information provided.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes which may arise between the parties concerning this Agreement shall be determined by the English courts and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts for such purpose.
